FAA Flight Physicals

Dr. Ron Kirkwood served in the U.S. Army Reserves as a Captain in the Medical Corp. He is a Certified Medical Review Officer and a Senior Aviation Medical Examiner performing Class I, II, and III flight physicals.

• Third Class Airman Medical Physical Examination

We are conveniently located in Deer Park on Center Street near San Augustine, just south of Hwy 225 at 2231 Center Suite D, Deer Park, Texas 77536.

Appointment hours have changed. They are now 8:00am - 3:00pm, Monday through Friday for the Deer Park office only.
